You might have a particular question or intention, but this is not necessary. Should something noteworthy arise you’ll want to have something to write with and on. If we’ll be together online, be sure to have a stable internet connection. Also you will need a quiet, comfortable place where you can and be relatively undisturbed for the duration of our session.
Before we begin, if we’re in person or online, we’ll chat a bit, so I understand if you have a main intention and/or question for your reading. If your reading is remote, if you’d like, you can e-mail me 1-2 questions / your intention before the reading. During the reading there will be very little dialogue between us. I will allow spirit to guide me in the reading and healing. Your own inner knowing will arise as I present to you the colors, visions, vibrations, and understanding I experience through the reading. The clarity you are seeking is within you. The information that comes through me will help to reveal your inner knowing.
I allow my spirit to be playful and imaginative. We will usually begin with a brief overview of your energetic field. With this energetic snapshot, I will help get your energy in the flow so that you can receive the rest of your reading with ease.
Next we will explore a life you’ve lived that has a message that will help you in your current situation.
After this I’ll take a look at the layers of your aura. I will describe colors and symbols to offer you information about each layer.
At the end of the session with your permission, I will offer healing to your energy field where it is needed. There may be a bit of time to chat and / or to ask 1-2 clarifying questions.
Depending on the style of reading you’re seeking I will take a look at the energy surrounding your question to describe what I see, know, feel, understand. I will help to clear stuck energy offering healing and grounding to your energy field.
How your body and mind process the healing will be unique to you. Some people feel full of energy and some folks feel like taking a nap. Please be sure to plan a little integration time for after your session. I recommend that you drink a lot of water after your reading, to help anything old be flushed away. I also recommend that you plan to do any kind of self-care ritual that feels good for you. There will often be knowing that arises a few days to a few weeks (or even a few months) after our session. More information may arise within your sleeping dreams too. If you intend to remain open to the messages your spirit is sending you in your daily life, allowing yourself to see new links, your understanding will grow exponentially after our time together.
Literally we can take a look at anything during our session. If you’d like, I can take a look at something specific, which may be a question you have, a pain in your body, depression or anxiety you experience, a relationship you are in, or a big change you are contemplating. I could also read the energy surrounding broader ideas like abundance, communication, boundaries, dis-ease, or love in your life. We might even look at your pet’s energetic field.
You don’t need to tell me anything or even ask a question. We can simply allow the reading to unfold. Your spirit already knows where you are seeking clarity and healing. Within your reading, I will speak to your unsaid question with the information that is most relevant. I will help you to understand more deeply and I will clear blocking energy. The removal of energetic blocks invites your inner knowing to arise allowing you to experience relief and settling.
This varies from person to person. For most people, about 3 months between sessions is the time needed for integration of the healing. For people dealing with intense challenges in their life, a few sessions in quick succession at the beginning may give you a good jump start and then we can move to a quarterly healing. If you are feeling like you need ongoing weekly or monthly assistance, you might consider seeing a therapist or counselor in addition to the energetic work we will do together. If you are experiencing physical symptoms, you might consider seeing a medical doctor in addition to the energetic work we will do together.
If you cancel:
If you provide 72 hours notice, I will happily reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule less than 72 hours before the appointment, I will charge a 25% rescheduling fee.
If I cancel:
In the case of an emergency and I am forced to cancel a session I will refund 100% of your money or offer an opportunity to reschedule. The choice will be yours.
