All readings are confidential and will never be shared with anyone without the client’s permission.
Readings are for persons older than 18 years old. Persons younger than 18 years old need written consent from their parent or legal guardian to receive a reading. I do not perform readings about persons younger than 18 years old without a written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
I respect and honor all my clients, regardless of age, gender, race, background, spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation, or economic status.
I reserve the right to decline giving a reading which violates my personal ethics.
You acknowledge that my readings are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other health care service, nor any other professional advice for which I am not qualified. In such cases, I recommend you to seek help and guidance from a medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other professionals.
You acknowledge that any and all information offered are not guaranteed outcomes. The information I provide is based on the current events and the outcome will be influenced by your free will to make decisions and choices from the time of the reading.
Privacy Policy
I am committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). I know your Personal Information is important to you, so it’s important to me. I will not share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Providing me with your Personal Information is always your choice. However your decision not to provide certain information may limit my ability to provide you with my products or services.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
If you provide 72 hours notice, I will happily reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule less than 72 hours before the appointment, I will charge a 25% rescheduling fee.
If I cancel:
In the case of an emergency and I am forced to cancel a session I will refund 100% of your money or offer an opportunity to reschedule. The choice will be yours.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges on products or provide refunds for services rendered.
Remote Readings Delivery and Recordings of Online Readings
Delivery is normally from one (1) to four (4) days, no longer than seven (7) days and commence on the date of order. All orders are delivered via email with a Google link for longer readings. Once you have received the reading, please download it so you have it for your records. I keep the recording of remote sessions for thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days I will not longer have access to your recorded reading.
If you’d like a recording of your online session, let me know at the beginning of our session. These recordings will be available for seven (7) days after our reading.
Use of Website
You agree to use my website for legitimate purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation, in violation of any intellectual property or privacy law.
You agree not to use my website to conduct any activity that would constitute a civil or criminal offense or violate any law.
You agree to provide me with accurate personal information, such as your name, email address, and other contact details in order to complete your order or contact you as needed. You authorize me to collect and use this information to contact you in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. I reserve the right to make any modifications to the website, including terminating, changing, suspending or discontinuing any aspect of the website at any time, without notice. I may impose additional rules or limits to the use of my website. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of my website will mean that you agree to any changes.
